Loved the Alpine decor, especially the natural materials. Hot tub and sauna were so relaxing. The front desk arranged a fun hiking trip for me.
Such a shame that the breakfast at the nearby tavern was just an exquisite display of boiled eggs and cheap salami. 😒

This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The price was super affordable, and the location was jaw-droppingly convenient. Milko, the owner, was beyond amazing. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The rooms were not only big but also incredibly nice and clean. The hospitality and helpfulness of the owners were absolutely top-notch. They even helped us get our car repaired and took care of our dog while we hit the slopes! The location, being so close to the ski lift and restaurants, was incredibly practical. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were out of this world. The owner was incredibly friendly and a fantastic source of information about the area. And the cherry on top? The location was just a 10-minute walk to the city center, equipment store, and gondola. The beds were also super comfy. our stay here was nothing short of amazing!

Clean, comfortable room with comfortable beds. The owner was very friendly and provided helpful information about the area. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the ski lift and restaurants. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna facilities.
The wifi signal was weak in our room on the 5th floor, requiring us to go to the corridor to get a better signal. The bathroom could be improved, as there was no shower curtain, causing the floor to get wet after every shower.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with spacious, clean rooms and a very reasonable price. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main strip and ski lift, making it incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent hospitality and assistance throughout our stay.
The morning meal could be improved by offering a more appetizing and diverse breakfast option.

Great owners who went out of their way to help us with car repairs and pet care. Convenient location near ski lift and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms. Supermarket across the street and kitchen utilities in the room.

The Snow Pearl Residence & Free Spa had a lovely and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The decoration of the hotel had a rustic charm, with wooden furniture and warm colors that created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and had a lot of character, making it a pleasure to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
To make the vacation even better for senior people, I would suggest having handrails in the bathrooms. This would provide extra support and safety, ensuring a worry-free experience for older guests.
